This September, there is a bit of everything for everyone...

- Pistachio & Lychee with a touch of Geraldton wax: the sweetness of the lychee is balanced by the hints of acicity brought by the Geraldton Wax, but we made it moreish with a generous pistachio mousse!
- Not a Tiramisu: if you love coffee and creamy textures, this one is for you. The chocolate glaze is also made with coffee!
- Hazelnut lovers, come over here, with these layers of hazelnut rocher glaze, hazelnut chocolate croustillant, hazelnut praline mousse, but let's balance it with a centre of jammy blood orange!
