Inspired by the Swedish tradition of Fika. Fika means to take the time to enjoy a hot drink, a pastry and the company of friends and family.

What’s in the box?
* 1x Kladdkaka (Sticky Chocolate Cake)  - Gooey brownie cake topped with chantilly and almond praline (GLUTEN FREE)
* 1x Prinsesstarta (Princess Cake) - Light sponge cake filled with raspberry jam, topped with diplomat cream and almond marzipan
* 1x Kardemummabullar (Cardamom Bun) - Soft dough scented with orange zest and cardamom, layered with butter and vanilla sugar, rolled in cardamom sugar
* 1x Mums-Mums (Marshmallow Biscuit) - Wholemeal brown sugar shortbread topped with vanilla bean honey marshmallow, coated in a thin layer of chocolate and shredded coconut

20% of the proceeds from this pastry box will be donated to UNHCR’s relief fund for Venezuela following the recent earthquakes.

It’s our Birthday 🎂

Over the years we have raised funds for a variety of deserving charities and organisations so it made sense to turn our birthday celebration into a fundraiser for those affected by the recent earthquakes in northern Venezuela.

Each raffle ticket will put you into the running to win a Petite Party Cake of your choosing. The more raffle tickets you purchase, the increased chances of your name being drawn to win. All ticket sales will be donated to the UNHCR’s relief fund for Venezuela.

Winner will be announced at random on the 7th of July.

Only Perth metro residents will be able to win the prize. If you just wish to donate without going into the running, there is an option at checkout 💕

Choose between a classic country sourdough loaf, rosemary and garlic focaccia, the softest dinner rolls or a wholewheat honey sandwich loaf.

ANZAC Biscuits & Choc Hazelnut Kingstons

ANZAC Biscuits
200g butter
120g golden syrup
140g oats
100g coconut
200g white sugar
200g plain flour
1tsp bicarb soda
Pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Line baking trays with baking paper.

In a large mixing bowl combine oats, coconut, sugar and flour.

Heat in a medium saucepan the butter, golden syrup and salt. Bring to a boil, remove from the heat and add bicarb soda. Stir vigorously immediately. Mixture will bubble up and double in size.

Pour hot butter mixture over dry ingredients. Stir till just combined and no dry spots remain.

Portion dough into 50g hockey puck shapes. Bake for 12 mins for chewy biscuits or add a couple more minutes if you prefer a crunchier bickie.

If making Kingstons, I recommend making 30g pucks instead and baking for approximately 10 mins.

Kingston Filling
200g dark chocolate, chopped
90g thickened cream
50g choc hazelnut spread
Salt

For the filling, heat cream in a small saucepan till steaming but not boiling. Pour hot cream over chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Let sit for 2 mins. Stir till chocolate has fully melted into the cream. Add the chocolate hazelnut spread salt to taste. Mix well. Allow to cool at room temperature for approx 2hours before piping or spreading in between two Anzac biscuits.

1x Chocolate & Raspberry Religieuse - profiterole stack filled with chocolate mousse, raspberry compote and whipped cream, coated in a raspberry chocolate shell

1x Peanut Butter, Oat & Milk Chocolate Cookie - Oaty, peanutty cookie with chunks of milk chocolate and speckled eggs
