Today, we prepared more ingredients than usual and continued preparing fresh food while serving customers.
Unfortunately, due to being short-staffed and busier than expected, we still sold out and had to close early😭

We are truly sorry to everyone who made the trip to see us
but couldn't order, as well as those who placed online orders and missed out😭

Tomorrow, we'll be even better prepared and will do our very best to serve as many of you as possible🤜🏻🤛🏻

Hello from Bang's Chicken🥰🥰

Today, the Bang's family is completely exhausted physically, but our hearts are incredibly full.🥹🥹

First, we'd like to let you know that we'll be opening at 3:00 PM tomorrow (Sunday).

Over the past week or two, Western Sydney Mums and Poveats visited Bang's Chicken. They each created amazing videos showcasing our chicken so beautifully, and by coincidence, they shared them only a few days apart. We were genuinely touched and so incredibly grateful for their kindness and support.

Since those posts, we've noticed many new customers visiting us during the week. Then today, from the moment we opened until closing time, there was a constant stream of customers. We honestly didn't expect such an overwhelming response, and as a result, we've completely sold out of all the ingredients we had prepared—even those intended for tomorrow.

We'll be up early tomorrow morning preparing fresh ingredients and will be ready to welcome you from 3:00 PM.

To everyone who came today, we truly hope you enjoyed your meal. We also want to sincerely apologise for the long waiting times. Despite the wait, not a single customer complained, and your patience and understanding meant more to us than words can express.

We'll continue to serve you with the same passion, care, and love every single day🫶🏻🫶🏻

That man in the white cap stole our tip jar,
even when there were other customers around.
It wasn’t much money, but stealing is wrong,
so I’m going to post about it on Instagram to let people know.
I also hope nearby shops will see this post and be on alert.

A little while later, that man walked past our shop,
so I went outside and called out to him.
He swore at me and told me to call the police before walking away.

we've included more because the drumsticks are smaller in size.
At Bang's Chicken, we always count the number of pieces and check the total weight to match the standard set during product sampling.

So you’ll never receive less than what you should.
This applies to all our chicken products, so feel confident when you order!

But here’s the twist —
It’s only available during lunch time… so don’t miss out!
Your lunch break just got a whole lot tastier!

we can choose between
sun-dried tomato dressing and sun-dried tomato mayo dressing,
I enjoyed half and half.
I poured the regular one over the salad
and used the mayo one for dipping—so good!🤤

Hello! This is Bang’s Chicken 😊

The long wait is finally over—our updated menu launches tomorrow! 🎉🎉
We sincerely apologize for the delay, but we promise to make it up to you with even more dedication and care in preparing our delicious chicken! 🥰

While there won’t be major changes, we have added a lunch menu and expanded the selection of set menu options to give you more variety. Additionally, we will be introducing a few new dishes through special promotions, so stay tuned! We’ll be sharing more details about the menu little by little on Instagram 😉

And now, the most important part—pricing!
This was one of the toughest decisions to make. We had to carefully consider the rising cost of ingredients, errors in our previous set menu pricing, and a fair perspective from the customer’s point of view. After much thought, we have adjusted the prices to what we believe is the best possible balance. We appreciate your understanding.

We will continue to put our hearts into every dish as the Bang’s Chicken family. Thank you for your support, and we look forward to seeing you soon! ❤️
