Meet the team: Ruby, one of our Senior Hosts.

Ruby first came in for lunch with her family back in May 2025. When her Dad asked if we had any work going, we jumped at the chance to have another local on board.

She started out clearing tables, and has since worked her way up to running our weekends as Senior Host. No matter how busy we get, Ruby's the one problem-solving to make sure everyone gets a seat.

She's also one of several of our team graduating high school this year, and we couldn't be prouder to be part of her next chapter.
