A little reminder that support work doesn’t always look the same 🌿

Some days it’s appointments, community access or helping around the house… and some days it’s tackling the yard that’s been sitting on the to-do list for weeks.

We know when the little things pile up, they stop feeling little. So if our clients want to spend their energy on resting, hobbies, getting out of the house or just having a better day — we’re happy to step in and help with the rest.

Yep, that includes the odd jobs too 👏

A little confidence building with Luke today.

We understand that physical activity and stepping into new environments can feel confronting for some young people. That’s why we focus on a calm, welcoming approach, meeting each client where they’re at and reading their needs at their own pace.

Luke has a background in martial arts, specialising in Muay Thai / self defence, as well as strength and conditioning training.
Sessions like these are such a great way to build confidence, discipline, resilience and self-belief - while also making movement and exercise fun.
