Our Spinach & Cheese Roll just got better. Our skilled bakers have packed in even more spinach and several types of rich, melted cheese — all wrapped in that signature golden pastry, combined with a special seasoning, topped with a sprinkle of parmesan and baked fresh in-store every single day.

Update! We have revamped our Cheese & Spinach Roll recipe!

We want to ensure our recipes continue to deliver on our premium quality promise now and into the future. Our team have spent a long time deliberating over our very popular Spinach & Cheese rolls and this week we are now offering our S&C Rolls with more of all the good stuff! More spinach and more cheese (plus a few other top secret adjustments 😉).

During this month, we’re selling 6 packs of freshly baked sausage rolls at each of our 3 bakeries, with some great flavours: Plain Beef (our original “mouth watering little beauty”!), Chicken Satay, Beef, Cheese & Bacon, Pork & Fennel, Thai Beef & Pork, Cheese & Chorizo!

We have a lot to celebrate this year. Not only is it Heatherbrae’s Pies’ 25th anniversary, but our Sutton Forest bakery has now been open for 10 years!

Well done to the Sutton Forest team past & present for creating the best stop between Sydney & Canberra 🤩

We’re celebrating 25 years of Heatherbrae’s Pies with some yummy updates!! Watch this space for our first mouthwatering announcement later today 🤩

First built from scratch in 2001 in Heatherbrae (both the building and the pies!) by Russell, who has a strong passion for delivering an authentic & traditional Australian food experience for our local and travelling community, Heatherbrae’s Pies has continued to grow over the last 25 years.

Still family owned & operated, we are proud to have grown to 3 locations (plus a seperate dedicated gluten free bakery), supported by a team of seriously talented & dedicated pastry chefs and bakers, and a powerhouse of next level restaurant staff.

And what’s more - we still make & bake onsite at each of our bakeries daily, continuing to offer the freshest, high-quality baked goods to our customers.

Our ANZAC Biscuits are available year-round at our bakeries.

However, this week, we are celebrating them in commemoration of the ANZAC spirit, honouring the service and sacrifice of veterans and current personnel.

We will be donating 15% of all ANZAC Biscuit & ANZAC 4-pack sales on ANZAC Day to RSL Australia. A small gesture, in recognition of those who have served and sacrificed.
