SPRING GREENS + SALT & PEPPER TOFU 🥦

Light, fresh & zingy. Loaded with spice roasted pepitas, and finished with a preserved lime & olive oil vinaigrette.

It pairs perfectly with grilled or slow cooked lamb if you need an easy dinner option. Look for lamb recipe using garum masala or Northern Thai spices.
