Our team recently got together to taste a selection of their wines, and the standout was the Grillo. A Sicilian grape that’s rich and beautifully textural, with notes of lemon and honey. It feels like sunshine on a beach in Sicily in the middle of summer. And honestly, who wouldn’t want to escape to that feeling while Melbourne is in the depths of winter?
