We are partnering with Central Queensland University (CQU) to run a six-week Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Program, and would love for members of our MS community to join us.

The purpose of the 'Living well with MS' program is to help people adjust to the challenges of living with MS.

The online program starts on Tuesday 30th August and will be facilitated by provisional psychologists under supervision of Leonie Lorien (Clinical Psychologist). Each session runs for 2 hours with participants sharing their personal experiences and learning ACT strategies.
