JOB VACANCY
We're looking for a casual kitchen attendant to join the team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Morning prep: veg, sauces, portioning, getting the kitchen ready before doors open
- Keeping the line stocked through service
- Dishwashing and keeping the kitchen clean and organised
- Basic cooking tasks (sides, fried items) once you're trained up
- Closing down the kitchen at the end of service

WHAT YOU'LL GET OUT OF IT
You won't be stuck on the dish pit forever. We teach people properly — dough, sauces, the pizza oven, prep at volume — and we'd rather you leave us one day with real skills than stay on doing the same three jobs.

WHAT WE'RE AFTER
- Saturday availability is essential — this is the one we can't be flexible on
- Someone comfortable working on their own — once you've got a job down, we'll leave you to it
- Reliable, on time, and willing to learn
- No experience needed — attitude matters more than a résumé
- NSW Food Safety basics are a plus, but we can sort that out

THE DETAILS
- Casual position, paid at Restaurant Industry Award Level 1 casual rates (including weekend penalty rates)
- Shifts fall anywhere between 9am and 8pm — some start early for prep, some are service and close
- Small team, staff meals
