Starting out as a one man band in 2002, the days of roasting, selling, servicing and running Crema Coffee solo are long gone. But the philosophy of delivering a personalised service and the extra value we offer with our range of products and services is

still evident. We now have established and dedicated teams in Newcastle & Brisbane of coffee production, sales, service, delivery and administration staff that continue our vision and inspire memorable coffee experiences for you. All our coffee is roasted in our Newcastle store in small batches. This ensures that we can carefully control the sensitive nature of each roast and helps create that little bit of magic that happens in every cup. We supply coffee beans to Cafe's, Restaurant's, Offices and the home. Crema are authorised sales agents for many brands of traditional and automatic coffee machines and we invite you to visit us online or instore to test drive any machines. Whether you have a cafe, office or just for home, our priority is to get the right machine for your coffee pleasure. We are authorised service agents for almost all coffee machines and grinders. Our in-house repair technicians allow us to offer fast, efficient technical service to reduce any coffee downtime. Crema Coffee Academy offer a comprehensive range of education options including accredited job ready training, a unique service that is highly sought after in the current employment market.
