Cultured Cuisine was born out of me learning about the importance of gut microbes in my own journey into health. While it started as me wanting to teach people so they could make there own i soon ended up being in full production not being able to keep up with demand on top of my day job with Bottoms up Colonics. In looking through all of the photos it certainly has been a great journey that i hav

e loved and been inspired by, even putting out my own cook book. Just this year I decided that i wanted to keep cultured Cuisine going not only as a provider of fermented foods but to continue our workshops. I believe this grass roots education is how we can all reclaim our health and reverse what is currently happening with obesity, diabetes cancer and heart disease. So to be able to continue to provide this service I made the decision to offer licenses to the appropriate people who share this passion and drive. Currently there is Josie Giles who looks after Mackay and North QLD and Janita Blinco who looks after the Bundaberg and Hervey bat Area.
