For the past two years, I’ve been quietly (and lovingly) creating what I like to call artisan gourmet marshmallows — small-batch, handcrafted, and made with the same care and intention I put into everything that leaves my kitchen.

Weekly marshmallow orders have honestly become one of my favourite little rituals. They’re part of my creative rhythm, woven in amongst cakes, sweets, and savoury — and they’re something I genuinely look forward to making for you all, week after week. There’s just something special about them 🤍

This year, and coming up very soon, I’ll finally be launching the Pollywaffle Passport Box.

If you were around last time, you’ll remember it sold out on pre-orders — and while it absolutely broke my heart to cancel that release due to unexpected health issues, I know so many of you have been patiently hanging out for its return. I haven’t forgotten 🫶

Unfortunately… the much-anticipated Take 2 of our POLLY WAFFLE PASSPORT Mixed Boxes has had to be rescheduled for next year. 💔

With a full week needed for prep and an almost fully booked calendar (only a few cake spots left!), it just wasn’t possible to squeeze it in this year.

I’m so sorry to everyone who was excited to try the new Polly Waffle flavours — but I promise there’ll be a confirmed date early next year! ✨

In the meantime… I’m planning a small run of my OG Polly Waffles – Vanilla Bean and Chocolate 🍫🤍
