We’re still looking for the right person to join us at Montague Coffee, Narooma — and this time we thought we’d tell you a little more about what the job can offer.

If you have a genuine interest in coffee, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn from Mark — an experienced barista and coffee roaster who has been successfully working in the coffee industry for 17 years.

You don’t need to know everything already. We’d much rather find someone who is reliable, enthusiastic and genuinely interested in learning and developing their coffee skills.

☕ Early starts — finished by 1pm
☕ No cooking — we serve toasties, cakes & great coffee

We’ve recently added a Square Self-Service Kiosk alongside our main register, giving you another convenient way to place your order in store. Whether you prefer ordering with one of our friendly team or using the kiosk, the choice is yours.

You can also skip the queue by ordering ahead through our Square Online Takeaway Ordering system.
Simply visit montague-coffee.square.site, place your order, and we’ll have it ready for you.

As a small independent business, we’re always looking for ways to improve your experience while making our service faster and more efficient during busy periods. These new ordering options help us spend more time doing what we love—making great coffee!

We survived Week One! 😅☕

What a week it’s been!

To everyone who popped in for a coffee, a toastie, a chat, or just to see what all the fuss was about—thank you! The support we’ve received during our first week back at Montague Coffee has honestly blown us away.

We’ve been kept on our toes (and our coffee machine certainly hasn’t had a break!), but we wouldn’t have it any other way. Your patience, kind words, smiles and encouragement have meant the world to us.

We’d also like to give a big Montague Coffee welcome to our fantastic new team members—Belinda, Dave and Thomas. They’re already fitting in brilliantly, and we know you’ll make them feel right at home when you see them behind the counter.

We’re excited for what’s ahead and can’t wait to keep serving Narooma with great coffee, delicious food and plenty of friendly faces.

Thanks again for supporting local, for backing us, and for making our first week back one to remember.
