We got some sexy meat! 🤭

Introducing SPECK - A distinctly flavored cured pork from the northern Italy's mountain region of South Tyrol.

Merging Mediterranean and Alpine curing traditions, it combines the dry-aging of prosciutto with cold-smoking and heavy seasoning using juniper, rosemary and bay leaves.

BRUSCHETTA on FRESELLA

As spring approaches, we have spruced-up our bruschetta!

Fresella is a ring-shaped, hard bread from Southern Italy, that's been around for centuries. Originally, it was made for sailors and farmers, as it's baked twice and lasts a very long time. The OG take away!

To eat it, you just needs to be briefly dunked in water to soften the hard crust, then topped with fresh tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, and oregano.

What a Bruschetta!... IYKYK!!! 😋
