🐟 WILD CAUGHT SPANISH MACKEREL IS HERE! 🌊

One of those fish that doesn’t need much to shine.

Spanish Mackerel is naturally high in protein and rich in omega-3, with plenty of vitamin B12 and selenium — nutritious, full of flavour and beautifully oily.

And the best part? It’s incredibly easy to cook.

🔥 Our favourite way:
Hot pan + a little olive oil + sea salt + cracked pepper.
Skin-side down until beautifully golden and crispy, flip for another minute or two, then finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon.

Or throw it on the BBQ with garlic, lemon & herbs — simple, juicy and packed with flavour.
