Our take on a pommy classic: beans on toast. 🤤

Cannellini beans slow cooked with chorizo, bacon, carrot, onion and tomato, a big bunch of rosemary and thyme, a little garlic and a splash of sherry vinegar. Piled onto a double-thick slice of white toast and finished with freshly grated manchego. 🫘🥕🍅🥓

Nothing out of a tin here. On the specials board for the school holidays only ( maybe beyond…. 👀
