I halved the cake mix and added half of the ingredients in the directions and this gave me 6 standard size cupcakes. I did the same with the frosting but I found I needed to add an extra 20g of dairy free butter to get the frosting to the right consistency

The husband does the coffee machine and dishwasher once a month and i also do the skirting boards once a month and the walls every 3 months. How often do you all do the big jobs ?

These are absolutely delicious. They had a caramel/banofee flavour
If you want a thicker biscuit base, then use a full packet of biscuits and another 45g of dairy free butter
