Menulog to close in Australia To our valued partner,

Unfortunately, today we have announced that Menulog will no longer operate in Australia, from 23:59 AEDT on Wednesday 26 November.

As the only Australian-born platform, Menulog has a proud history but ultimately, as a business we have been navigating challenging circumstances and the decision was made to exit the market.

We are providing you with a two-week notice period to ensure you have enough time for a smooth transition with minimal impact to your business.

Please be advised that our website and app will remain operational until 23:59 AEDT on Wednesday 26 November, but will not be accepting orders after this date, which means you will no longer receive orders via our platform.

Support and transition period

Menulog will meet all financial commitments throughout this period, while ensuring partners are well supported ahead and beyond the closure date.

Next steps for device

In the coming days, we will be in touch directly to make arrangements about your Menulog device - please keep this secured and online until we make contact with you.

If you wish to switch off your device earlier, please get in touch with us via Partner Hub so we can ensure the best possible customer service throughout this period.

Menulog will be honouring any unused customer vouchers and will be facilitating customer orders on the app and website up until 23:59 AEDT on Wednesday 26 November.
