After a lot of thought and consideration, we want to share an important update about the next chapter for Ava Milawa.
Like many in our industry, we have been navigating ongoing staff shortages and the rising costs of doing business. As a result, 27th September will mark the end of our regular Ă la carte dining experience.
This isn’t goodbye—it’s a change in direction.
Ava will transition into a private venue for functions, weddings, celebrations, corporate events, private dining and special pop-ups. Great food, local wine and bringing people together will remain at the heart of what we do.
Thank you to our community for a wonderful, just shy of three years of trade. To everyone who has dined with us, celebrated a milestone, recommended us or supported our family and team; we are incredibly grateful.
If you have an Ava voucher, we encourage you to book in and use it before 27th September. Join us for one more Cellar + Steak night or revisit some of your favourite Ava signatures before we make the change.
Ava isn’t disappearing.
It’s evolving.
