The strEAT-style espresso truck rocked by the FAT BOY proudly drips coffee from local Melbourne roasters. As a chef and hospitality veteran I have worked throughout Melbourne for over 20 years and witnessed food trends evolve into what we know and love today. I remember growing up watching my mother and Teta (Grand Mother), cooking and baking all the things my family has enjoyed

for years. Now is my chance to I do what I love doing, just in a different setting. Watch out for The FAT YAK truck around Melbourne. Live, Love, eat & BE CHUBBY!
