The historic Carlton Hotel building is home to four unique bars; The Carlton, Hasti Bala and two tropical rooftops Palmz Rooftop and Palmz Deck. The Carlton features a dining Room, serving some of the most delectable pub-style dining Melbourne has to offer. Behind our bars a hand picked wine selection, funky cocktails, and lots of beers on tap await you. The bar is open seven days per week and features DJs five nights a week.
