Welcome to JJ's Halal Meat's!
Tony Memeti has been involved in the butcher and poultry industry for the past 12 years and has just opened this new highly anticipated shop at Dandenong Market, JJ’s Halal Meats.
Coming from an Albanian background, Tony says that the Market, being the most multicultural city in Australia, is the perfect location for providing quality halal lamb and beef products to the culture-rich community.
Tony finds joy in building long lasting relations with his customers and enjoys educating them about his large range. He insists his beef burgers “are to die for” quickly followed by home-made beef and lamb sausages, another customer favourite. Burgers and sausages - perfect for a family BBQ or quick mid-week dinner. Selling quality fresh Australian lamb and beef at an affordable price.

Ingredients
(serves 4-6) :
- 1kg diced beef
📍on special this week at JJ's Halal Meats just 3kg for $36 (M01 Meat Fish Deli Hall)
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 kaffir lime leaf
- 1 teaspoon shrimp paste
- 1 teaspoon tamarind paste
- 1 piece fresh ginger
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- 1 stalk lemongrass
- 1 small bunch coriander
- 1 piece galangal
- 2 small chillies
- 150 grams coconut sugar
- 3 cans coconut cream
- 2 cups diced fresh vegetables
- 1 litre beef stock
- Zest & juice of 2 limes
- 2 teaspoon fish sauce
- Sea salt & cracked white pepper

I was down to my last chicken breast and finally had room in my chicken freezer draw. Dandy Fresh Poultry c-19 pack $99 delivered (can pay COD I did credit card on phone so $1.73 surcharge) it’s all packed so nicely and possibly the neatest writing I’ve ever seen on the box. We don’t eat a lot of drumsticks or Maryland so swapped out for thighs. I’ve just bagged it up for freezer and this will do us for at least 19 meals. Such great value. They deliver for free within a 40km radius for orders over $100. Going to try one of the chickens for dinner.
