As so many of you have only recently joined us, I thought it was time for a renewed introduction.
Hi! We're Glen & Angie.
I (Angie) started From Scratch at the start of last year.
I had always wanted to cook for a living and I found myself at the right time, right place and with the right amount of courage to finally start my own business!
Cheffing in a restaurant kitchen never appealed to me much as there is usually a fair amount of stress involved and I wanted to cook on my own terms.
I wanted to cook the way I do at home, with organic and clean ingredients, but for a whole bunch more people than fit around our dinner table. So I did and I am!
From Scratch was made to provide you with a healthy, clean and delicious alternative to take away. And to give you a bit of relief from always having to cook. Our meals give you peace of mind you are feeding yourself (and your family) the best things possible and to make life a little bit easier on yourself. Because we all deserve a bit of that!
My husband Glen has been a solid support from day one.
He never envisioned himself cutting kilos and kilos of onions a week, but there he was at the very start, tears in eyes and knife in hand 😄
He is also the friendly and always smiling face you will see at your front door on Wednesday if you live anywhere north of Cowaramup and have ordered our meals.
From Scratch is our way to bring delicious and nourishing convenience into our community. And to support organic growers and producers in the process.
With the help of superstar Holly (also know from ) I cook fresh meals every week. The menu rotates and is always seasonal.
We deliver the meals to you on Wednesday or you can pick them up from Margaret River.
Any unsold fresh meals go into our freezers and can be ordered as a frozen meal. So there is always plenty of choice!
