Merchant Coffee - Around the Grounds

From Mansfield to Melbourne Airport.

We’re pretty excited to see Merchant Coffee Roasters featured at Coffee Capital in Terminal 3. A rotating coffee residency showcasing some of Victoria’s boutique and specialty roasters.

For the Merchant residency, you’ll find Buellers Blend and our current Single Origin in the grinders. Stock up for your holiday with retail bags and our pod range also available to purchase.

It’s a pretty special opportunity to see coffee roasted here in the High Country being poured for travellers heading around Australia and beyond.

So, if you’re passing through T3, keep an eye out for Merchant, grab a coffee for the journey or take a bag with you.

This release takes us to the renowned coffee-growing region of Pitalito, Huila, Colombia. Grown at elevations of 1,700–1,900 metres, the combination of cool mountain air, rich volcanic soils and ideal growing conditions produces coffees with exceptional clarity and vibrant fruit character.

Roasted light to medium to let the origin shine, this coffee is bright, juicy and expressive, with tasting notes of guava, pineapple and pink grapefruit, a lively acidity and a long, crisp finish.

Whether you're a seasoned coffee enthusiast or looking to try your first Single Origin, this is a great place to start.
