My dear friends,
It is with a heavy heart and an excited one also that I must share this news ...

Aunt Myrtle's Cafe will be closing its doors.
I have not made this decision lightly, but it is the right decision for me and my family.

I have been truly blessed to have your love and support, and for this I thank you all from the warmest part of my heart.

Last trading day will be Saturday 28th September.

I love and adore my long time friends, and new friends, that have graced my life here in Mannum

There are exciting times ahead for myself and I cannot wait to spend more time with my beautiful family and my dearest friends.

Thanks also with all my heart to my beautiful girls: Caitlin, Teresa, Deb, Kaity, and Erika.

Thank you everyone all for the memories.

Aunt Myrtle and friends had a very yummy dinner at the newly managed Rustic Country Cafe.

We truly hope that Sabrina and William do really well in their new business. The food is delicious and the hospitality is very good.

Ermilya and Panaiota from the town where my Mum was born, Elika, in the Peloponnese, Greece.

These women were invited to participate for the first time, representing the town of Elika, in the Festival Celebrating the Orange, in Stefania, Greece.

Participants had to create two dishes incorporating oranges as the main ingredient.
The women entered an orange baklava and an orange slice. First time entering the competition, the women took out first place with both desserts.

I send you a very big congratulations from my heart. Well done ladies of Elika...
