You might’ve heard, but incase you haven’t- We are serving the freshest sambos in Maitland from 11-2 Monday - Saturday 🤯

These doughs are made in-house and cold fermented to perfection ✅ We press them out, slather on some
EVOO, our own focaccia seasoning, and bake them in our wood-fire oven to order. This means while the sambo you order may take 10-15 minutes to receive, it’s also been baked fresh to order, making it quite literally the freshest you can get! 😍

We have been busy reworking the lunch menu behind the scenes 🥪

The first step was going from our pickles being ordered in from our wholesale supplier to pickling our own in house 😎

On the current lunch menu, you’ll find these on our Reuben and Deli Focaccia, and in our Italian Chopped Salad 🥗

We have received a lot of positive feedback about these pickles being “the best ever” and while we don’t disagree, we want to know what you reckon 🤷‍♀️
