Well it’s finally happening. Red Coral food van has ventured out of River's Edge Wilderness Camping to do some trading over winter. We want some ideas on where to go so we can take care of all our amazing customers. We will return to rivers edge late September.

Both Jess I are very excited to see everyone.

We will have fresh Tassie fish, and scallops. We also only use all Australian seafood and it’s all going to be cooked to order.

Red coral can’t wait to serve everyone at River's Edge Wilderness Camping hot drinks using Tasmanian roasted coffee beans from Villino Coffee and milk from bream creek dairy. We will also be serving up the best fish and chips you can get using fresh Tasmanian fish. We also use nothing but Australian seafood in our fisherman’s baskets and squid meals.

Before the beautiful River's Edge Wilderness Camping winds down for the winter why not come camping this long weekend and get yourself a delicious serving of fish and chips cooked to order or a delicious hot coffee. We will be operating Saturday and Sunday. Coffee from 8-12 and fish and chips (Saturday only 5-7).

What a beautiful morning for our first weekend back for the season at Rivers Edge Campground. All season we will be serving up hot and cold drinks and our fish and chips. We will be using beautiful fresh Tasmanian fish and each weekend will be different depending on what fish we can source. We look forward to serving everyone.

This weekend is one of our last weekends of this season. You can find us located at River's Edge Wilderness Camping. We will be operating Saturday and Sunday for freshly brewed coffee and fresh cooked to order fish and chips.

We want to thank all of our amazing customers for their support over the season. We can’t wait to be back next season and see all the regular campers.

This weekend you will find us at River's Edge Wilderness Camping. Brewing up coffee using Tasmanian roasted coffee beans thanks to Villino Coffee. We will also be cooking up beautiful fish and chips using local fresh fish. All made to order.
