Soft, Airy & Puffy. The kind of crust commercial pizza ovens just can't replicate.

MEET PETE.

Pete’s been rocking up to Dough Bludgers since day dot.
One of our regulars who just lets us do whatever the hell we want with his pizza.

“Make me something different.”
So we did...and this time we reckon we might’ve cooked up a winner.

Currently going by 'The Pete Special' this one's built with
Bianco sauce
Pecorino
Rocket
Italian prosciutto
Buffalo mozzarella
Hot honey & Balsamic.

The sweet heat from our homemade hot honey, salty prosciutto & pec, creamy buffalo mozz, peppery rocket with that tart balsamic hit… Yeah..Pete might be onto something here.

It’s not on the menu (actually, a fair few things we make aren’t).
That’s just how we roll.

Some stuff you'll see on the board.
Some stuff you only hear about.
And some stuff you only find out about when you know the right Bludger.
