Our pesto has never seen the inside of a jar.

Seems like a strange thing to brag about.
Yet here we are.

While plenty of places are twisting lids and calling it homemade, we're blending fresh basil, parmesan, garlic, pine nuts and olive oil ourselves.
Because our obsession with doing things properly doesn't stop at the dough. It runs through everything we do.
Most people will never see the difference and that's ok.

But they'll taste it.
