The mid-winter blues have left the building for the team at the Royal! We are bursting with pride to tell you that our very talented head chef, Chef Quy, has made it to the final 5 in the Australian Hotel Association’s Burger Challenge. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼The competition is not for a fancy burger; it has to be the regular burger on the venue‘s regular menu so it’s the same burger we’ve had on our menu for a long time.
