🔥 FRESH OFF THE PRESS

We take jaffles pretty seriously around here.

Loaded fillings. Golden bread. Crispy edges. No skimping.

And for a few of our creations, we chuck cheese on the outside too for that crispy cheese finish, because cheese on the inside clearly wasn’t enough. 🧀

Pressed hot in Terry our Food Van and handed over fresh.

Nothing fancy. Just a bloody good jaffle.

Terry’s getting an early start tomorrow 7am - 12pm because we’re heading to the River Torrens Running Festival at Drage Reserve, Felixstow!

Happy Fathers Day to all the dads out there. Whether you’re smashing out the Half Marathon, 10K, 5K, cheering from the sidelines, or just happen to follow the smell of something toasting… we’ve got you. 👀

Pepperoni, Italian red sauce and three cheeses, pressed with our signature crispy cheese outer crust, then finished with a sticky drizzle of house-made hot honey. 🔥🍯

YOU SOLD US OUT! 🥪🔥

Last night at Big Gay Night Markets was absolutely incredible. The crowds were bigger than we expected, the jaffle irons barely stopped, and eventually… there wasn’t a jaffle left to give. ❤️

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came down, grabbed a jaffle, picked up some Pride Merch, had a chat and supported us throughout the night.

And an extra special thank you for your patience and good vibes while we worked through the queues. We know some of you waited a little longer than usual, and we genuinely appreciate you sticking with us. 🌈

We also need to give a massive shout-out to the friends who saw us getting absolutely smashed and jumped straight into Terry the van to help, and those who made emergency stock runs to keep us going. 😂❤️

You know who you are, and we couldn’t have done it without you. 🥪🔥

More than anything, it was bloody brilliant seeing so many people turn out and show their support for the LGBTQIA+ community. Nights like this are a pretty special reminder of what Pride, community and being there for each other is all about. 🏳️‍🌈❤️

A huge thank you to Pride Adelaide (prideadelaide) for inviting Territory Jaffle & Co along and putting together such an incredible night.
