Now that I have your attention ;) ....

With (my ) in for a service I have been soloing with (my ) for all of my kitchen and thermi needs ...

Hermione handles beautifully and I love the synchronistic ease with which we achieve our tasks together : lovely little old style dial-up and push buttons; happy little hum whilst she does 'her thing' and the familiarity of intuitive cooking listening to the magic which is her bowl and blade.

, and this is a fair sized 'but' ... the ten (10) percent difference in Hermione and Harry's bowl and varoma is very telling ... especially when serving up lunchbox leftovers for my darling hubby and daughter to take to work!

Harry gets the mix just right whereas Hermione's efforts always mean I will fluff up the offerings with some extra goodies ;)

Now, please understand, I am not unappreciative of Hermione - she is my first Thermi love and will always hold rank in my heart ... but, rather, Harry has carved out his own place in this Mix Chick's house (moreso now my little men are reading more prolifically) - swipe screens and microchip technology so give a girl some much needed time out - for which I am grateful ;)

I have never been a fan of packaged or mass produced foods .. Tinned foods always smelt metallic and 'different' to me ...grateful to have my Thermomix to speed up what I used to do by hand :)

Since starting as a Thermomix Consultant I have had many evening demonstrations where I have driven in areas unfamiliar to me and even to remote-ish newer suburbs ... often I have noticed many vehicles with very dull faded or yellow headlights .or with just one working headlight ...
