**HARVEST MEALS ARE COMING TO THE WIMMERA MALLEE — REGISTER YOUR INTEREST!**

Long days, busy paddocks and hungry crews — let Big Bertha take care of the food.

We’re calling for expressions of interest in our **Harvest Meal Program**, bringing hearty takeaway meals to towns across the **Wimmera Mallee**. Whether you’re harvesting, carting grain, keeping the farm running or simply looking for an easy dinner, we’d love to hear from you!

Our **Texan Pork Meal — $25 each** includes:

- **200g of 18-hour slow-cooked BBQ pork**, with the option to upgrade the portion
- Black bean and corn salad
- Coleslaw + Australian brown rice
- BBQ chickpeas
- A bread roll on the side

**Help us plan our stops!** Comment below with **your town and roughly how many meals your household or crew would be interested in**, or send us a message to join the waitlist.

WHAT A GREAT NIGHT. THANK YOU BEULAH!
We were expecting to serve about 20 meals last night… and ended up doing around 85! A huge thank you to everyone who came along and supported us. You certainly kept us busy!

Our pulled pork meals will be back for harvest, with brown rice added to help keep you fueled through those long days. We’ll also have our creamed chicken—also known as “crack chicken”—and BBQ chickpea and pumpkin meals available. Yes, our meals are aimed at keeping you going, longer, harder for a big day.

Some of you may have spotted our little kids’ meal boxes at weddings and events. We’re looking at making those available at our popups too, so there’s something for the smaller members of the family.

Dumpling lovers won’t miss out! We’ll have some dumpling popups, with the noodles we’ve been testing over recent weeks joining the menu too.

We should have our popup schedule finalised later this coming week. Watch this space!

THE DIMBOOLA SHOW | WHAT A GREAT SHOW | Well done to the organisers!
The sun shone, the crowds turned out, and this year’s show seemed to offer even more free activities, entertainment and demonstrations for everyone to enjoy.

Too often, too few people do so much and don’t receive the thanks they deserve. Yesterday was the only show I could fit into this year’s schedule, and it certainly didn’t disappoint!

The organising committee did a fantastic job bringing it all together—from the weeks and months of planning to the final preparations and hard work on show day.

Thank you to everyone involved. Your efforts made for a wonderful day!

**WOW | MORE DUMPLINGS SOLD THAN PEOPLE IN RUPANYUP | NEXT POP-UP COMING SOON**

We said we wanted to come out and sell some dumplings… and Rupanyup, you came out in FORCE!

More than **552 dumplings served in just 2.5 hours** — roughly one every 16 seconds! That’s more than one dumpling for every person who lives in Rupanyup, And lets not forget 80+ steamed buns and more.

We’re so grateful for your support. To everyone we had to turn away: we’re sorry! You cleared us out — there was literally nothing left. Thanks to the boys at The Blacksmith Rupanyup for helping bring this together!

**WHAT’S COMING UP** **Harvest Pop-Up Trial**
Our **18-hour slow-cooked BBQ pork meal deals** are nearly ready for a trial run, and we’re hoping to kick things off in Rupanyup on **Wednesday 11th, from 4pm–8pm**.

On the menu: **200g of pulled pork**, smoked potato salad, BBQ chickpeas, slaw and a roll. A proper feed after a big day!

The date is **tentative** — we’re aiming for the first Wednesday after harvest begins, so don’t hold us to it just yet. We’ll confirm once we know more.

**Sugar Baby Ice Cream Co**
Spotted a gorgeous pink-and-white striped horse float making her way around the region? That’s Sugar Baby!

Victoria’s only self-serve dessert bar calls the Wimmera Mallee home, with **real ice cream and 45+ treats and sauces** to pile on top. She’s a whole lot of fun!

We’d hoped to bring her out as early as Sunday, but with temperatures set to drop over the weekend, we’re waiting for some proper ice cream weather.

We promise you’ll get to meet her very soon!
