Inspired by one of Chicago's great sandwich traditions, our first batch of Under the 'L' products is now available.

🥕 Chicago Style Giardiniera - $15
🌶️ Chicago Style Spice Mix - $11
🥪 Combo Pack (both products) - $25

Our Chicago Style Giardiniera is packed with crunchy vegetables, olives and jalapeños in a tangy brine that's equally at home on sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, steak or straight from the jar.

The Chicago Style Spice Mix is our all-purpose seasoning blend, perfect on beef, chicken, chips, vegetables and just about anything that needs a little extra flavour.

Made right here in Tasmania.

This is a small first batch, so quantities are limited.

Hey everyone! 👋
First up — a huge welcome to all the new faces who’ve joined the Under the ‘L’ crew lately!

I caught up with the building surveyor last week, and we’re getting seriously close now. After the marathon this whole process has been (and the number of caffeine-fuelled nights that would make a Chicago cop proud 😅), it finally feels like we’re rounding third and heading home.

It’s been a long, winding, sauce-splattered road — but your support, messages, and general excitement mean the absolute world to us. We can’t wait to swing those doors open and hand you all your first proper Chicago Italian Beef right here in Hobart. 🇺🇸🇦🇺

Stay tuned — things are heating up faster than our hot giardiniera! 🌶️💥
