Life has felt very difficult lately. Responsibility has increased, free time has shrunk, and everything seems to hit harder than it should. After two people I cared about passed away within a short time of one another recently, I found myself stricken with a bad case of anhedonia, despite knowing that it wouldnā€™t have been what they wanted. That resulted in a whole thing about how much a person is allowed to just internally detach from their surroundings and feel things, and at which point it becomes detrimental. Trying to force yourself to be ā€˜normalā€™ again is hard, and incredibly exhausting.

But then I see this picture of Thiccles being a snake, and itā€™s all okay again šŸŽ‰
