Hola Amigos! 🌮
Well, it’s been a little while since our last post, so we thought we’d share a little update.
As many of you know, after almost four wonderful years, our Cantina De Valle chapter came to an end when Kristo developed rapid-onset rheumatoid arthritis. Between the food van, events all over Tasmania and our time at The Hanging Garden, it was an incredible journey, but ultimately, the physical demands of hospitality just became too much and incapacitating for Kristo.
We’re so grateful for all the support, friendships, and amazingly loyal customers we met along the way. What started as a small dream became so much bigger than we’d ever imagined, and we’ll always look back fondly on those incredible years.
These days, we’ve both found ourselves in new industries and enjoying new challenges.
Rachelle is now tapping into her old roots with a sales role at TPR Property Group, helping people navigate their property journeys across Southern Tasmania.
