Created to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of Sofitel Melbourne On Collins, this bespoke architectural cake was an incredible commission to bring to life.

Standing over 120cm tall and almost one metre wide, this was one of my largest cake commissions to date. The design was inspired by the architecture, character and elegance of the hotel, featuring a Louvre-inspired pyramid, sculptural upper tiers and cascading pearl details representing 30 remarkable years.

Created for Michael's 30th birthday celebration, this bespoke design was all about strength, confidence, and celebrating a true king.

From the handcrafted fondant crown to the custom gym-inspired elements and decorative details, every component was carefully created by hand to reflect Michael's personality and passion for fitness. Finished in a striking silver & black palette, this cake was designed to make a statement from every angle.

This cake was made even more special as I've had the privilege of creating cakes for several milestones within this beautiful family — from his sister's wedding cake, to their mum's 60th birthday, and now Michael's 30th. Thank you for continuing to trust me with your most treasured celebrations. It truly means the world. 💜💕🥰
