Tonight we popped down to Apex Park to support Cali BBQ at their very first Hervey Bay pop-up.

Amazing food 🤤 beautiful people and the best atmosphere. 🫶

📍 DOES YOUR BUSINESS HAVE THE PERFECT SPOT FOR CURBSIDE COFFEE? ☕🤎

We’re on the lookout for a permanent location for Curbside Coffee and are hoping to partner with a business or property owner who’d love to have great coffee on-site.

We’re looking for locations with strong foot traffic, including:
• Busy caravan parks
• Large office buildings or industrial estates
• Shopping centres or retail precincts
• Medical centres
• Sporting facilities
• Tourist attractions
• Or anywhere with a steady flow of people!

We’re also open to creative ideas—if you have a location you think could work, we’d love to hear from you!

Having a quality coffee trailer on-site creates a welcoming atmosphere while adding value for staff, customers, guests and visitors. Great coffee encourages people to stop, stay a little longer and keep coming back.

If your business has underused outdoor space, let’s chat about how we can turn it into something your staff and customers will love.

What we’re looking for:

✔️ A long-term location
✔️ Happy to pay rent (negotiable)
✔️ Space for our trailer (6m x 3m)
✔️ Access to both 15amp and 20amp power
✔️ Access to a water tap
✔️ Easy vehicle access for setup and occasional event departures
✔️ Customer parking or safe pedestrian access
✔️ The ability to remain parked on-site overnight when we’re not attending events, allowing us to provide a consistent daily service without unnecessary setup and pack down
✔️ A 1–2 week trial to ensure it’s the right fit for everyone

If you have a suitable location—or know someone who does—we’d love to chat.

Well… today was absolute CHAOS… and we somehow survived! 😂☕️ thank you team family 💪

To everyone who braved the queue today at Seagulls… THANK YOU! You kept us run off our feet from the moment we opened, and we’re so grateful for every single coffee you ordered. ❤️

‼️NOW FOR THE PLOT TWIST… 😅‼️

I’ve just had a last-minute staff cancellation, so tomorrow it’s just me… one tiny human, one coffee trailer, and approximately 7,000 coffees to make. 😭😂

I’ll be pouring shots, steaming milk, taking orders, making cold drinks and probably talking to myself by lunchtime. 🤪

So if the line gets a little long, please know I’m giving it absolutely everything I’ve got. I promise I’m not ignoring anyone or moving slowly on purpose.

If you can spare me a little patience, a smile, or even a bad dad joke while you wait, I’ll love you forever. ❤️

7:30am–11:30am serving your morning coffees. 🤎✨

Plus, our tiniest employee, Our daughter Frankie (9), will be learning the ropes over the school holidays, so come say hi and keep our junior barista busy! 🫶🏼

Unfortunately, we WONT be at Apex Park tomorrow morning as planned due to some unexpected maintenance that needs our attention.

We’re sorry to anyone who was planning on grabbing their morning coffee fix with us! 💔

We’ll be back out serving up all your favourites Friday morning 7-11 at Apex 🫶
