11 months ago I started loosing 22kg which I have maintained regaining my health reversing several of the major effects of being over weight.

Disappointed 😞

Each time I visit Sydney this is my special treat. Served hot and always delicious, since my first visit here in 2012 🍲 I’ve always managed to consume all of it and enjoyed every tasty mouthful.
Today the photo is at the end of the meal. I left it all.
Served cold, then microwaved, but still cold & soggy. Tasted bad.
When I paid I expressed my disappointment but not even a polite sorry 😞

Just like convincing us we HAVE to consume, grains, veggies & fruit, fake butter, fake milk, fruit juices, soft drink (&sugar).
It’s all about the 💰 that manufactures will make from marketing factory produced crap 💩 as a healthy alternative.
