{TRICOLOUR} Having to recreate a cake from The Scran Line Everyday is a BIG compliment. I’ve watched his videos for years, have taken inspiration from his love of colour to produce many of my own cakes when I was learning the craft… and his videos helped me troubleshoot my own macaron journey. It’s a full circle moment for me, so when asked to replicate one of Nick’s designs, I jumped at the opportunity 💕

This one was made last weekend for a birthday; white chocolate mudcake inside and finished with tricolour swirled macarons 🩷💜🩵
