📢 Important Update from The HIBERNIAN (HIBO) 📢
Hey everyone,
We want to address some recent news and clear up any confusion regarding the future of our beloved pub. Contrary to recent news reports, The HIBERNIAN (HIBO) is NOT for sale.
The building itself is on the market, but the business—the heart and soul of our pub—remains firmly in the hands of Fraser, Wal, and Tim. We are committed to continuing to serve you and our community with the same passion and dedication as always. In fact, we’ve just extended our lease until 2054, so it’s business as usual for The HIBO.
Unfortunately, some media outlets have incorrectly reported that the pub business is for sale. This misinformation only hurts small businesses like ours. We appreciate your support in spreading the correct information: The HIBO is here to stay!
The one thing the media did get right is that times are indeed tough for the pub industry right now. We would appreciate your support more than ever. Whether you stop by for a pint, a meal, or just to say hello, your support means the world to us.
On a more exciting note, we have some fantastic renovations coming soon! We can’t wait to share the new and improved space with you all.
