Employees of the Month: This month we have two recipients, as both received equal votes!

Congratulations to Kevin Moloney and Sophia Cremin!

Kevin has made an impact across the group with his proactive approach to our facilities. He supported the marketing team during our car and cash promotion, stepped up to lead the maintenance department when his leader was unwell, and played a big part in keeping our workplaces safe.

He's also heavily involved in our Seed the Ground initiatives and waste management. Always respectful, approachable and ready to help, with a smile and a can-do attitude.

Sophia is an incredibly hard-working member of the team who never stops moving! She consistently shows initiative, supports her workmates without complaint, and has been taking on tasks outside her comfort zone while learning new areas each week. Her strong work ethic and focus on great customer experiences make her a role model for our up-and-coming staff.

Thank you both for everything you do. Well deserved!
