Wednesday 16 September is the grand opening, and Pizza Portafoglio is $2 that day only.

The oven's lit.

That's a Marana Forni, and that's the first pizza out of it at Christies Beach. The rest of the week was gravel, cable and paint.

Still not open. But it cooks now.

Moving day. Seaford to Christies Beach, with a 1.4 tonne wood oven still bolted to the floor.

Craned onto a truck, driven down the coast, craned back off at 13 Beach Road. It is now sitting where it is going to sit.
