We totally knew Brett brought something pretty special to the Psychsense team & it turns out plenty of others have noticed him too! ⭐️

Last weekend, Brett was recognised as a finalist in the 2026 WA Youth Awards, Minister for Youth’s Most Outstanding Youth Worker Award.

The award recognises youth workers who demonstrate a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for young people, alongside high professional standards and contribution to the youth sector in WA.

Brett’s recognition reflects work spanning psychology, justice, education and community development, including his work with young men at Greenough Regional Prison and the development of programs focused on emotional regulation, identity and wellbeing.

We’re incredibly proud to have Brett as part of the Psychsense team.

Huge congratulations, Brett. Very well deserved! ✨

📣 Calling all businesses, employers& workplaces! ✨

Are you looking for something different this R U OK? Day? (Thursday 10 September!)

If you’re looking for an activity for your team, check out our Cocktails of Happiness workshop! It has been enjoyed by organisations across construction, healthcare, education, community services, local government and corporate workplaces - swipe below to see the fun we’ve had!

It’s intentionally designed to be different to any other wellbeing workshop people have been to before.

Participants create four non-alcoholic cocktails while learning the neuroscience behind the feel-good chemicals in our brain. It’s interactive, practical and designed to get people talking about mental health in a way that feels engaging, not awkward.

Spots are limited for R U OK? Day, so we’re opening expressions of interest to coordinate and reach as many teams as we can in a day!

Our “Thanks for Popping In” jar has lived in this exact spot since the day we opened five years ago.

It’s a simple idea, but one we’ve never felt the need to change.

Over the years it’s entertained nervous kids, distracted waiting hands, sparked conversations and, unsurprisingly, been popped almost empty more times than we can count.

It’s a reminder that sometimes the smallest details shape how people experience a place. ✨

Ps. Yes we cut all up all of the pieces to the perfect pocket-size sheets 😆
