Hey everyone, just a quick update — we’re no longer operating at the moment, and we’re not sure yet when we’ll be back up and running. We’re currently looking for a more suitable location moving forward.

If anyone knows of a good spot, feel free to send me a PM.

Thank you so much for all the support and for the love you’ve shown our food along the way. We truly appreciate it.

Hopefully we’ll cross paths again sometime in the future.

Bao isn’t actually an easy food to get right — even back in China.
The dough, the filling, the folding, the steaming… every step makes a difference. Miss one, and you miss that soft bite and juicy hit.

We’ve been working hard to nail it and bring proper Chinese bao to Geelong.
