It's OKAY to take a break!

It's important to remember that taking breaks is essential for our well-being and productivity. Stepping away from work or responsibilities for a short time can help us recharge, refocus, and come back with a fresh perspective. Whether it's a quick walk outside, a moment to enjoy a cup of tea, simply taking a few deep breaths OR taking a few months off your business to focus on your family and your mental health - giving yourself permission to pause and relax is a valuable practice.

So, embrace the idea that it's not just okay to take a break – it's necessary for your overall health and success. Lewis Lollies has recently taken a brief break, minimising social media activity while still operating behind the scenes. As we approach our first anniversary, we are excited to reconnect and engage with all of you once again!

This Father's Day, we will donate 5% of our sales* to Huntington's Victoria, in a way to honour my Dad.

Huntington's Disease runs in my family, with my Dad recently passing away from the disease in 2020. This is my first Father’s Day since starting my own business; I know that he would be so proud of me.

Having HD in my family, we always turn to Huntington's Victoria for support. They have helped my sister and me learn more about what was happening to our dad, understand the risks we faced, and how to come to terms with it. They have been a huge part of our family.

Huntington's Victoria supports those in our community who are affected by Huntington's Disease in some way. For me, they helped me navigate through the many decisions that I needed to make as my Dad's next of kin. Through Lewis Lollies, I would like to spread awareness and give back to Huntington's Victoria so that they can continue to do the work that they do.
