I absolutely love personalised designs, and this one is so incredibly special- it was a surprise from a beautiful mum to her daughter, Anna! The gorgeous turtle design is actually Anna's own illustration, custom printed onto edible icing. Textured butter cream with handmade fondant coral matched her artwork, the number topper was also handcrafted from fondant. Flavour combo was a rich chocolate sponge cake layered with a luscious, tangy home-made raspberry filling. Hope your 30th was as magical as your artwork, Anna! 🐢🪸

I had the pleasure of making this super-cute Stitch cake for Harper's milestone 5th birthday. The design featured a textured, sparkly 3 tone butter cream effect that really made the custom (non-edible) toppers pop! I am obsessed with this bright, fun and colourful cake version of one of my all-time favourite children's books- The Very Hungry Caterpillar! Mew and Jigglypuff were the absolute stars of the show on this Pokémon-themed cake! All fondant finish and entirely hand made decorations, including the adorable custom figurine toppers. Inside was kept classic, delicious and safe for everyone: a crowd-pleasing (and nut-free) vanilla bean sponge layered with fluffy vanilla butter cream filling. You know it's going to be a memorable 60th birthday cake when it brings together all your favourite things-
The brief: Tooheys New, Wests Tigers, golf and horseracing- and this bespoke design delivered it all. A fondant finish featuring an edible Tigers image, handcrafted fondant golf bag, horseracing silhouettes and a real Tooheys New can as the final touch. Inside was a delicately spiced carrot cake (my mum's delicious recipe) with smooth vanilla butter cream, completing this personalised celebration piece. Honoured to bring such a unique vision to life. Hope you had a fantastic night Brian! 🍺⛳️🦁🐎
