It was great to attend the Ripley Business Networking Group - Ripley Business Connect as a guest speaker with Councillor Marnie Doyle: Ipswich.
This event brought together local business owners, operators and professionals from across Ripley and the wider Ipswich region to meet, build connections, collaborate and support one another.
Ripley continues to experience significant residential, commercial and infrastructure growth and is rapidly establishing itself as a major economic and community hub for our region. With thousands of new residents choosing to call Ripley home each year, the opportunities for local businesses to grow alongside the community are immense.
During the event, I provided an update on Council's plans and priorities for Ripley, including the major developments and infrastructure projects helping to support this growth. I also spoke about the range of opportunities available for businesses to engage with Council, access support programs and contribute to shaping the future of the area.
As Ipswich continues to grow, ensuring our business community remains connected, informed and supported is more important than ever.
