PHỞ EVR 68 is finally bringing back almost our full menu again with the love, passion and dedication of Chef Son & Team PHỞ EVR 68 👨‍🍳🔥

After more than a month away from our restaurant, returning to the premises truly felt like starting all over again from zero.

There were moments we could hardly believe that the place we were standing in was the same restaurant we had once loved and cared for every single day.

When we returned, the premises almost felt like a “battlefield,” and many things the restaurant had built over the years were no longer there.

But despite the loss, the setbacks and the challenges — we never gave up.

Today, seeing the kitchen alive again, hearing the sounds of cooking and bringing back our menu for the Eltham community truly means everything to us ❤️

After one of the hardest periods for our family business, seeing the kitchen full of fire again means more than words can explain.
