Reporting directly to the Owner and Venue Manager, Experience in volume kitchens and functions will be considered an advantage. Breakfast Service a Bonus.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Food standards and production
Maintaining standards set by executive management.
High communication skills with Management Team & Staff
Hygiene, cleanliness and safety
Minimum 1 years management experience within a similar high volume venue

must have a Cert III or Cert IV in Cookery or equivalent experience.
